·         Today the skill teaching is more important. That is why our film institute is based on it. The examination pattern in our country is not precise.

·         We have a course for producer too. My place is for the strugglers. In 1982 I submitted the project in 2000 I was able to get a land from Maharashtra government. Eleven of my films were continuous super hits.

·         The land on 500 acres Film City place is allotted as ‘Using and not for sale’. It was Mr Vilasa Rao Deshmukh time things got cleared for the international school.

·         In our institute we spend four crores on faculty annually and seven crores on technicality. We get 14 crores and spend 18 crores. There is scholarship facility too.

·         The money earned should not be kept. It should be spent and earned cautiously.

·         With all good work PIL was filed on my brainchild. From a place like Latur three farmers filed cases later.

·         What I meant to say is that in this country HONESTY should not get a grind. Punish the corrupt. Not people like me who are totally in sincerity.

·         I may live or I may not live – how much of land and bank balance I can keep. Do good is a must. There is 95 percent success from the students who pass out.

·         I feel in our country at least 100 film institutions should come up.

·         IDBI people from Karnataka are black listed. They drew the money and done fake shooting.

·         In free time I do meditation, hear to music and write stories.

·         When people in Karnataka watch Hindi films why there should be dubbing.

·         SUCCESS – in cinema is not possible for all. It is not like formula. It keeps on changing. The percentage of success is only 10. It is so in any other profession of doctors, engineers, journalism etc. 10 percent in the fields will be at the top.

·         For the film success the four are very essential – skilful making entertaining films, Theaters, Government policies and Media.

·         In Kannada cinema I knew Dr Vishnuvardhana. I know Bharathiji. She had acted in ‘Uttar Dakshin’ in our banner.

·         I missed out working with two super stars – Amitabh bachchan and Kamal Hassan. Both signed the films with me. It did not happen. They were busy and at peak in those days when I signed. Worked with Amitabh Bachchan for one week and folded it up as his health was not good.

·         ‘Nimbe Huli’ is our banner film. Hemanth Hegde is good at his work. He was with our team for one of the films. I hope this comedy flick will do well.
